Moto C2 Android Go smartphone leaked: All you need to know
Lenovo-owned Motorola is reportedly gearing up to launch its Moto C2 Android Go smartphones soon. The features of the Moto C2 recently got leaked which revealed that its Google’s Android Oreo (Go Edition). Given that it’s an Android Go smartphone, the device is expected to be competitively priced in the budget segment of under Rs 6,000.
The Moto C2 has been listed on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website revealing that the phone could come in single and dual-SIM card options. The Moto C2 smartphone is expected to feature a 5.2-inch display and will offer an entry level processor with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with support for microSD cards. The device could be powered by a 2,100 mAh battery and will come regular connectivity features including 4G, Bluetooth and microUSB port
The company is also working on another Android One smartphone dubbed as the Motorola One Power. Motorola could be the first smartphone brand to introduce the Apple iPhone X-like display notch on affordable Android One phones. The leaked image reveals that the Motorola One Power could feature a polycarbonate body along with a fingerprint scanner at the back with the company’s “M” logo. The front of the device features complete “Motorola” branding on the chin while there are two speaker vents at the bottom.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Motorola One Power could reportedly feature a 5.9-inch FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. As it’s an Android One smartphone, the device will run stock Android Oreo out-of-the-box with the promise of Android P update in future. Also, users can expect unlimited Google Photos storage in original quality along with other goodies from Google. There is little information about the smartphone as of now and Motorola is yet to make this device official. Hopefully, as it is an Android One smartphone, we can expect the device to launch in India early.
