Mothers are very special in our lives. They give us the foundation to strive, and then watch us cry as we learn to crawl. They run behind us and bear every tantrum that we throw at her. And to your surprise celeb moms aren’t different at all. Just that they look much more fit and young than our moms. Wondering why?
Well, you needn’t wonder now, for they have spilt all secret beans on how they remain so fit and look forever young and stylish.
Shilpa keeps her focus on the importance of maintaining health and not on the figure. She says that it should be more about your mind than your body. And when one speaks of eating fancy and complicated foods for health, Shilpa points out simplicity. She says that diet must be simple and focused on seasonal foods. And when we talk about her post-pregnancy weight loss goals, she gave the perfect example of transformation. Her trainer Vinod Channa told how she lost a whopping 32 kg in just 3.5 months and came back in shape, much better in shape than she ever was.
Revealing her fitness secret Sonali Bendre told a leading daily, “I try and eat a balanced diet and never miss my workouts. As a mother, working professional and a wife, I have numerous responsibilities, and I have realized that if I don’t keep myself fit, I won’t be able to take care of my family either. I take special care not to snack unhealthily. Almonds are really my go-to snack. They are extremely healthy. A handful of almonds give me and my family the power to take on the day. I also make sure I spend quality time with my family which keeps me healthy and happy.”
When it comes to a mom who can turn their eyes away from the “Pehla Nasha” sensation- Pooja Bedi. Talking of the same, she told, “Being fit and healthy is all about staying active and, when I say active, I mean in every stage of life. I have always been an active person, in school and even as a mother now. One of my favourite activities is swimming, and I can engage in these activities for hours and hours.”
Well, Kareena and her lil munchkin Taimur is all time favourite. Whenever they step out of their house, shutterbugs, fans keep following them.
